. I must say the team have done a great job on the site since i left . I was blown away when i seen it this afternoon.A big well done to you all . Thanks for the welcome also fairie.
I might fill u in on what s happened since i left our humble group.
My weight at the moment has gone back up to 97 kgs

due to comfort eating but hopefully now im back in the swing of things i can get it back down again :roll:
