Hi there, okay so i now have a deal going with my dad. He and I have both decided that we want to lose 25 kilos each by Christmas.
Have decided to do the Weight Watchers program, just at home though, not at a regular meeting. Have been given an old points guide (2000) and a few recipe books. What does everyone think of WW? good? bad? indifferent? Good news is my husband is keen to lose weight too so that will make things easier on meal preparation etc. In regards to exercise, is it better to go walking in the morning or night?
