I am 37 years old and am desperate to lose a bit of weight for summer. I just want to feel comfortable in clothes. It's getting a real chore to find something to wear for work. Everything seems so tight. so I think I'm going to try the CSIRO diet. It looks ok and reasonably doable. A woman I know has just been doing it and she has lost about 9 kilos. Said it was quite easy. I'm hoping so.
I currently weigh about 80 kgs and would love to lose 5 to start with.
