45 min martial arts class - mostly punching drills which caned my skinless knuckles!

x2 15 min walks at work, walking dogs.

That exceded my goal of 1hr for today.

Tomorrow will just be dog walking at work, my body needs a rest something shocking.

No weighing but i'm becoming increasingly nervous each day about what I weigh and what Sunday will bring. TTOM started late yesterday and will be finished on Sunday so not sure how much that will affect weigh in.

I just hope its been worth the wait! I have fairly high expectations :oops:
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
