Metalcharm I would like to know how you are fairing with your walking also.
I have been walking on and off for a couple of months now, have noticed no change, except perhaps I have a
lot more energy.
I have not reached 10,000 steps yet, although some days it feels like I've walked 20, but haven't even reached
6,000.
10,000 steps is a real lot.
