What do you promise to do today to help lose weight?

1. No soft drink this week especially coke, no matter how I feel at work
2. Daily exercise, at least 30min / 2km walk on treadmill
3. Limit alcohol to 1 drink per night, if any

That is all for this week, gotta get into a routine

You can do it! think of how good u will feel when you achieve your weekly pledge, looking forward to hearing how its going!!

Respect my body by feeding it well, and listening to it when its hungry.
