Get back on Track

Postby Nathan » Sun Apr 01, 2007 10:23 pm

My big pledge for this week is to get over the past week, and get back on track again. Forget about all the weight I put on, for all the exercise I didn't do and all the crap I did eat, and begin tomorow to get on with the task at hand.

Nice pledge, Nathan. Good on you for getting back on the wagon and don't discount the multitude of other good weeks you've had.

My pledge for this week was the same Nathan. I had such a yucky week over the last week (food and exercise wise) that I have made a pledge that I will stick to my eating plan and I will exercise.

Don't forget how far you have come, one little yucky week is a small amount of time, and a small slip up in the scheme of things. I know that you can jump back on the wagon and keep going.
