It looks easy but when I start to plan the meal for the whole week than it becomes impossible task. I always plan for the first 3 days than i start to struggle after that. So to solve this problem i planned the whole meals within minimum items like i mostly consider the green and leafy vegetables which are must in my food, fruits like green apple, banana, raspberry, strawberry, avocado, pear and the yogurt easy compulsory(Greek Yogurt).
