That's right Tink, it's a tough journey! It's never a smooth downward journey (goodness knows, I wish it were ) and especially at times when we take holiday breaks (or as in this case, go on a cruise). I love this one, if I didn't know any better I'd say they've been peeking at my chart which has these same patterns before and after a cruise holiday!!

Oh goodness no, I was referring to the ones we'd previously taken. Although (now that you mention it) we are going on a short one again in January next year!! Thankfully it's just a short 7 day Tassie trip, and it's a way off yet but I'm hoping to be closer to goal by then to counteract the few kilos that will sneak their way into our cabin and onto my hips when I'm not looking!!
In fact, every time I go on a holiday I pick up more than just souvenirs!!!

I once graphed my losses...even though I had no significant gains during my journey...you can definitely see the slowing down of weight loss to a trickle.

Diva...you'll have to start doing laps around the ship! See how many laps you can do in the hour before those wonderful dinners!
