breakfast - up and go vive and handfull of grapes
snack - 6 mini cucumbers and 1 tblsp cottage cheese
lunch - pasta salad mixed with alfresco salad and 1 tin tuna
snack - 2 vitawheats 1tblsp cottage cheese and sliced tomato
dinner - wholemeal wrap with salad and cheese and sliced chicken breast
