I buy them from Coles in the health food isle, they are by 'Orgran' and they have multigrains mixed in with it too! So much better than breadcrumbs. LINK! http://www.orgran.com/products/328/
Today was a big day! Because I did the late shift at work, my meal times were kinda outta wack, but I don't mind and my trainer said as long as my body is fueled properly he doesn't mind when I eat.
I got up and went to training and smashed out a 45min weights session. It KILLED me. It's now 11pm and I'm already sore... Can't wait to see how I feel tomorrow morning haha!
Breakfast: Leftover tuna patties before training.
Morning tea/Lunch: After training before work...Home made gluten free banana pancakes (no added sugar) with fresh strawberries, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. (My boyfriend made these...He is an angel, I devoured them! So delish).
Dinner: Home made minestrone with chilli!
After dinner snack: A couple more tuna patties!
It's amazing how much more I eat on days I train in the morning. I think I should have eaten more fruit today, but I did get bananas and strawberries in at morning tea, and lots of veg in from my minestrone so it's probably not that bad. On a lighter note I have been scoffing heaps of herbal tea with NO milk. I don't want to cut out milk...I just want to reduce the amount I'm drinking. I only ever crave it sometimes so there's no reason for me to be drinking gallons.
Looking forward to weighing myself on Monday...My trainer said to not feel discouraged if I don't lose anything due to how much muscle I am developing. As long as I'm feeling slimmer and the clothes aren't as tight then that's just as good

I have a feeling I will lose what I am aiming for, as it's only 400gm but I promise I won't let it get me down if I don't!!
Until tomorrow!
