Hello,
Tinky hasnt been here for a few months i would say and tomorrow is D day too start back on track....
Yeap,i'm here again too start tomorrow.....

You know when u need a break its time for a break,but tomorrow this old girl is getting back on the horse....
I cant even remember my weight when i was here last time so its a fresh start....


Tinky wants too get back on top and the only way for tinky is too count points...

My husband and son number two has just got home from fishing and ive asked him too fillet and skin them and i will pack them in fish so will have them for lunches and for dinners,so good too have easy meals....and hardly any points....

Very nice too put it in tin foil with vegies ect and just so yummy....


I really feel like im ready too do this again so fingers crossed..

Well i've had brekky and still hungry all i want too do is eat,always hungry.....Thinking about food when im not eating it,do you think i have a problem or is that just how it is with us that have a love of food...

Yesterday i made fairy cakes with fresh cream and theres about 8 left and all i keep thinking is about how nice they were yesterday but today im trying too keep away from them,i dont want too blow my first day,then ive also got trifle in the fridge,i never use too love the sweets as much as i do as ive gotten older....


Anyways i AM going too be good and will watch the family enjoy.....


Gees its 9am and im thinking about lunch not good..

Going for a glass of cold water,mmmmmm cold water...Lucky girl..
