Ive got a trip away with the girls too Sydney on the 7th Jan so im going too do daily diary and weigh in's till the 7th...i want too drop the last few kgs so will start tomorrow boxing day....

Need this too give me a kick start and if im doing it everyday might help me drop the last few,need a little help...Got a very nice dress too wear so want too get too ka boom...

well started off ok then went out on the boat and had too eat what was in the boat,and on the ocean u get hungry grrrr,
had two peanut bars grr and peanuts and diet coke...

but then got home and had vegies and coldslaw and a little bit of ham,
but then had xmas pudding cream and custard...

25 points so no more today...early dinner...

just got home from the movies will start again to orrow,oups...

You have got to forward plan your boating trips. If you know you will get hungry on them, try bring food along that will be healthy filling alternatives to what would be on offer.

Learn today's lesson so tomorrow will be better.

@ the moment im happy just sitting here and trying real hard not too go up anymore....then i am sure i will get too where i want too b but seem too b needing too work hard too stay here....

Keep the basics going. Watch food intake, make healthy choices and exercise. Do them faithfully and you will reap the rewards eventually. Sometimes you have to dig deep and grind it out. Hang in there. Success will come.
