Thought this would be helpful to keep track of my diet!
Any changes you think would help PLEASE tell me; Im still learning about eating right.
After 30min walk I had natural greek yoghurt with blueberries and strawberries.
Snack: carrot sticks with french onion dip
Lunch: leftover pasta
Dinner: grilled chicken with a green, tomato, mushroom, corn salad.
Approx 2L of water today.
One glass of powerade.
