wow well i learnt a lesson on the weekend...
very hot day, lots of exercise and I ended up in bed with something i have never had before - a killer migraine! well i wont be playing that game again!! weight got down to 68.5kgs but not the right way, severe dehydration!!
Ate well today, sandwich, fresh squeezed fruit juice and a hot cross bun... I also ate a few anzac cookies I baked. Not ideal food but good in the sense that I got some energy back into my body after a horrible day yesterday. still feel pretty drained and am looking forward to an early night and back on the wagon tomorrow

Cooked brocolli, leek and garlic soup for the week and im going to poach some chicken to go with it! mm mmmmmmmm smells delish!
