Well the first week is almost over and no one has posted up a 2012 challenge yet so I thought I'd do it.
My challenge for 2012 is to get to somewhere between 65 and 70 kilos by the end of the year. Started my challenge at 131.5kgs on the 3rd of January. It's not going to be an easy task!!
So for the next couple of months I'm off to the gym for a cardio and weights workout at least 3 times a week, and I'm hoping to get in there at least 5 nights a week - even if I just walk for 15 minutes.
I'm also on a strict 1200 calorie diet. Surprisingly that hasn't been too bad. Using an app on my iPhone and it's eally opened my eyes to what I'm eating and where I've been going wrong.
Going to weigh-in once a week, so next weigh-in will be next Tuesday. Fingers crossed!!!!!
