I'd love to join this challenge if I may. I joined this site a few years ago and managed to lose 8kgs in a short period of time (from what I recall it took 4 months). I went from 83kgs (post-baby) and got down to 75kgs, which I still am now, which is good, but I can do better. My new goal is 65kgs - to try to lose 10kgs this time and I am determined as I do not feel comfortable being over-weight.
How is everyone going? Are we making progress?
My plan of attack? With 2 under-school age children I was time-poor and found it extremely difficult to get motivated to do exercise - however - now that my little son has started primary school, I really want to walk him to and from school. Also, on the way I take my young daughter to kinder, so that works out to be 40mins walking for 5 days a week and up to an hour walking 3 times a week, starting this week - and that will help enormously. I have also started to eat LESS!! (a bit of a tougher task but more do-able now that I am highly motivated).
