I just realized I didn't send through my weigh in results last week - oops. Though my weight hadn't budged at all. This week I've lost 200g, down to 72.2kg. Not much but at least I'm starting to lose again. And I've managed to get 3 big workouts in this week, plus started eating porridge for brekky which fills me up heaps more.
Starting weight: 74kg
Mini Goal: 69kg
Ultimate Goal: 63kg
