I am quite motivated at present. I have increased my walking each day and now walk 8,000 steps per day except on Sundays. Sunday is my day off.
I have started doing sit ups. Only managing 6 at present but intend to increase the number I do weekly until I get to at least 20 per session.
I bought an exercise ball and tried it out last night. It was hillarious, it was far too large and I kept slipping off. So, I ordered another one 30cm smallerm, I hope it is okay.
It comes with an exercise video.
I'm hoping the extra walking plus exercise and healthy dieat will help me loose weight a little faster. At present I am loosing .5kg each week. I Weigh 68.5kg and have a goal weight of 53kgs.
