So tonight i begin my 12 week challenge! ( i picked a good day being monday.. easy to remember haha)
i thought i initially lost a little weight but i am currently weighing in at 126.6kgs, i am aiming to lose 2kgs per week,

My big goal is to actually be at or under 100kgs by the 12 week mark
I think this plan is quite realistic in my eyes. what i need to make reality is to move my butt into gear, its going to be tough, there is going to be hurdles, but i am tougher than limbo! and Hurdles are made to be cleared.
