Thanks Sassy, sitting at work just finished my tuna salad and I am so full I am having trouble finishing my fruit salad now.. Got to get through this weekend first, it is my biggest obstacle but will make sure I log on here.. Have some huge motivations to lose this time, not least a promise I have made to my best mate who I have just found out has terminal cancer and has been given one year to live give or take.. known him for 30+ years and it's the second time it has come back.. this guy has been fit all his life and has been a vegetarian now for over 20 years.. it's scary how indiscriminate that disease is but I've promised him I will get fit again.. he was well happy for me back in 2007/08 and this time it is for him as much as me..
