Ouch, zoeh! Was it because you were bored? Or upset/depressed/angry??? Do you reckon you know why you did it? Or just felt a bit 'slack'?

Like Kate said, it's a new week, and the fact that you want to pick yourself up and move on is great :):)

I ate all day today. I've never felt so low. I have to work all the rest of the week still Wed - Sun from open to close. I feel under-appreciated and alone. I'm sick of it all. There's no point in trying to be better. I'm just useless. I'm going to go eat some more and cancel my personal trainer session.

I went crazy today, and I feel crap :[
I was doing so well when I was at school, but now that I'm at home and have nothing to do, I've been eating like censored, and gained 3kg in the process to.

Wow, what a great 1st post.

So within 3 hours, I blew it and over ate with:
A bowl and a half of Nut Cluster Crunchy Nut
A bowl of Fruity - Bix Wild Berry
7 Cookies
1 sliced ham and cheese on two Vitabrits
3 Pieces of Bakers Delight Wholemeal bread with Canola Light spread

I've been craving anything sweet, and cereals especially with a sweet fix.

Well I made this mistake of weighing myself tonight (i only started this in earnest on Thursday, so I think it is too soon to be weighing, but I couldn't help myself) and found that I am heavier than I was on Thursday....which has made me feel pretty lousy as I have been really good. The first thing I wanted to do was hoe into the choc chip biscuits that I made today for my son's lunchbox...I was even good when I was making them and didn't have any. But I'm not going to, I'm going to go and brush my teeth and think about the goal that I have set for myself.

But still its a lousy feeling when you know you have been eating so much less...maybe its a hormonal thing....

You should weigh yourself in the morning, you will definately be heavier at night! You have drunk water, eaten 3-6 meals today, of course you will weigh more! Hold off until weigh in day (in the AM) and go by that...good on you for not attacking the chockies too :D xx

i am feeling a bit like binging. i reckon its cos ttom is next weekend. i usually get hungry/depressed the week leading up.

i ain't hungry, but i feel like snacking on anything i can find.

but i can't snack on anything cos i am on celebrity slim now, and i didn't buy anything i can have for snacks :( silly me.

oh well :p i will get tired soon and going to bed will make my cravings leave :)

Great thread, I might find myself here abit as i have been suffering from binge eating all my life. I starting the Kate Morgan program tomorrow and i know my first month will be the hardest. I can and will binge at least every 2 to 3 days.
I have to honest now, as you see i have just told my husband for the first time that this is me, and he had no idea, i kept it hidden well... very well.
