Is anyone else like this.
when things are going okay... ill PIG out I mean cream pastas, chocolate the WORKS... and I think oh well ill start my diet tommorow and then the next day is the same and its just one vicious cycle of me starting the next day and next day...
How can I stop this...
I get so hungry around 2.00pm til 5pm ... right now I am craving bad at my desk ...
then on weekends my diet flies out of the window .... * waves good bye to diet *
If i fight with my boyfriend then i woke eat ,,,, when we make up i gorge myself with food again
