life after weight loss

Postby Bela » Tue Oct 11, 2011 3:18 pm

Just wondering if there is a place people can go to seek help after the weight has been lost?
Came to my attention after the show Biggest Loser finished, the contestants where saying they where left high and dry.
Besides a gym and paying a fortune for a Personal trainer and then paying a seperate fee for healthy eating dietry advice, is there a place where you can get both?

I know it's not really an answer to your question, but I am a bit puzzled why this is a problem for some people.

If a person has lost weight through lifestyle changes, good eating and exercise habits, and can read food labels, then why in the world would they feel left high and dry?

They now have all the skills and education they need to continue their healthy life.
Striving to improve in every way possible.
