Hi all!

I bought the latest who magazine and it has an article about some contestants from the Oz & US series and if they have gained weight or managed to keep it off.

I'd post the info here but its like 6 pages worth!!

I got some MySpace messages from Courtney - He was starting up a personal training 'boot camp' in Sydney and was trying to sign people up - I nearly fell over - I couldn't believe that he has lost weight and all of a sudden thinks he knows about personal training - that really irked my hubby - he was a Physical Training Instructor in the Army for 19 years and it p***es him off to see idots like that.... (BTW - I detested Courtney) lol...

I thought he looked pretty bad at the finale... really chicken neck, and his BMI was underweight for his height. He was so in it for the money, I believe the conspiracy theories that he gained all that weight deliberately to enter the show (he gained well over 50kgs in 2 years).

But I thought he looked good at the end - healthy not skeletal looking at all :lol:

. But I'm attracted to lanky guys lol

My brother is his height and is skinnier than Chris - no matter what he does he can't put on weight though he is buffing up.

But yeah I thought he looked hot hot hot

. I watched the finale with my sis and her girlfriends and they were all dishing the shite out of Chris :roll:

- I refused to listen to it and was cheering him on to win

And if he did put on the weight deliberately for a chance to win mullah good on him - he played the game. After all the biggest loser doesn't promote a realistic approach to losing weight its all about entertainment value

i think kristie is great. i can really relate to her being a mum and all. who cares if she has put 2kg on. she has had a baby since the show!

adro has become a personal trainer and did all the training, i think its great that people who have that success are sharing their knowledge with other people and HE IS qualified to do it as opposed to courtney.
