I chose 20-29 because for this first part of my weight lose goal, I need to drop approximately 25kg, first for a blood test that I needed to lose 12kgs for, and then so that I can go trail riding where to hire a horse you need to be 90kg. Dont know what I have lost as I do not have a set of scales, though I started this on 5th October 2010. Exercise is increasing by a cycle of watching to work from the train station (approximately 2.5km) and starting swimming!
