Whats the best thing that has helped you lose your weight,

The best thing? I think it has got to be my scales. Every time I step on them they tell me the truth and I have to get accountable and do something about it!

The best thing that help me lose weight is my goal to lose weight... lol. Kidding aside, it was really hard to lose weight but when I made up my mind to attain my ideal weight and focus myself on losing weight, no one and nothing was able to interrupt me from attaining the goal. I jog daily, I dance (zumba), hip hop abs.

my daughter and I did zumba when she was here and I think I just pissed everybody off because I was so out of time,all I did was laugh,i totally enjoyed it but I couldn't stop laughing...
im so not good at anything like that,we even went and did another dance class I totally enjoy myself but I cant stop laughing,im better off too walk the beach as I cant get that wrong....

when summer gets here I know I will get back into my beach walking I cant wait for that..

When I was at the gym, I was going to classes called 'Body Beats'. It was like zumba but to modern music. It really was like being at a nightclub lol. So much fun!! I am planning on still going once a month. The hour goes by so fast because you're having so much fun

My best thing that has helped me lose weight so far has been Calorie King website, this forum (and the wonderful support of you Nat) and my hubby, as he has been so supportive. He has believed in me and it's amazing to have that belief from someone you love. I know it's more than one thing....

ive had that for many many years probably over 10 years,its the really old point system ...
now days they have about 26 points a day and 40 weeklies but when I was doing it it was only 18 points a day and exercise gave you more points which I never used...
but in the days I was doing it an eggwas one points and now fruit is free points...
so I just continue too do the 18/20 points a day and I don't use my extra exercise points...

but in saying that the last week I haven't at all been bothered and will start again Monday..

I went back to WW the year before last. I was going to the meetings which were a great support. My mind just wasn't in the right headspace though. I got all the books again but the calculator was online using the WW online tools, I didn't get a slider. I did get one when I did WW around 8 years ago, but who knows where that one is now. I know what you mean about the new points system, I was surprised when I went back that it had all changed.

ive started buying the WW magazines again and really enjoy the stories in them,
I use too get womans days and new ideas but now wont get them as they seem full of bullshit and rubbish,
now I get WW and
"yours"
have you ever got the yours magazine they are so good,
yours magazine is real...

only thing you might be a little young too enjoy it as I think im a little older than you...
its sort of more for 50 plus woman im not there as yet

but I still really enjoy the stories ..
it only comes out one a fortnight..

I haven't heard of Yours magazine. Will keep an eye out for it. It's a good idea to buy the WW magazines. I am loving the facebook pages, now my wall is filled with inspiring ideas

My sister use to pass her WW magazines on to me for a read. Those WW success stories are great and very inspiring.
Nothing like success to bred the belief of success.
