one stone to go....

Well I haven't been into it the last few weeks yet ive been able too stay where I wanted too be at this point in time,but now its time too say goodbye too the last stone...

6.4 its time too say goodbye...

im getting into it and hope I can move it in the next few weeks,well 8 ish weeks...

Excellent practice of measuring out your goals Natasha.
When I was losing weight I would use all sorts of mini goal markers along the way to keep the chase alive.
I converted kilos to pounds...never thought about turning them into stones - great idea!
Having just to lose a one of anything to reach goal must be a great motivator for you.
Just think - less than a stone to lose - when you started I bet you didn't think that it was possible to be here so quickly right?
Keep going - go on and make it half a stone to go until goal!
