I've been lazy with my cooking and lazy with what im eating..This morning ,well last night I said to myself,self ..tomorrow we start fresh and fresh im starting..
Thursday....
2 boiled eggs
2 toast and a
coffee.....9 points
starting on good meals and points again,it works for me and its all about not being so lazy...
im still full and im pretty sure I will see myself easily get too lunch which will be out at the beach with my son..
lunch will be a diet coke which im cutting back on the coffee and a
salad sandwich....5 points.......14 points
dinner lamb chops
mint sauce and
salad.........8 points........22 points
