Hi again guys, I figured it was probably time for another update. Still battling along with my weight loss and slowly approaching my goal. Im happily down to 97.6 kg as of today however Im finding that it really is true the last few kg's are definately much harder to shed

Admittedly though I am much more focussed now with weightlifting then all out weightloss and as such have been eating around 2200 calories daily for the past month. Thankfully though the higher calories spread over 6 meals each day are still giving me weigtloss results and heaps of improvement with weightlifting
Im guessing the last 7 or 8 kgs will likely take another few months to lose however I am very happy with where I am at now. Being under 100kg for the first time since I was 12 has been a huge confidence booster in me and through much of the advice posted by others I have learnt to make good nutrition and regular excercise a part of my everday life now instead of simply tools for weight loss.
Below is a current pic of me taken earlier today. Once again thankyou so much to everyone out there for all the support this forum offers as the things Iv'e learnt here have certainly helped changed my life completely and Im sure many others.
