Okay. Below you will find my "Before" pics. I'm a little self conscious so I chopped my head off.

Not a pretty sight as yet, but I will look better eventually. Looking forward to going from a size 20 to a 14 or at most a 16. Please! I really want to get rid of the rolls as the 'beer belly'.

For the record, I do not drink, I do not do drugs, however I do smoke. trying to quit, but it is not going to be easy.

Good on you for putting up your pics, I have taken pics also when I started and will re-take the pics every 5 weeks to see the improvements.

Yes putting pics up is a great idea, and one which I wish I had done when I started - would LOVE to analyse the differences as I lose weight! I shall have to look forward to everyone elses updates instead best of luck with your journey BGGG
