This is a picture of me, taken yesterday at 84.5kg. I will be posting a new picture every time I reach one of my mini goals Well, here goes...

I can't WAIT to be this weight again... I feel like its been a long time coming again and I look at me at 76kg, still thinking I was so huge but I wasn't

It is amazing how change creeps up on us.
It is usually people who haven't seen us for a while or putting on some old item of clothes that sets our head in the right direction.
For me, it's clients who had me doing a magic show years back and re-book me.
I have to warn them ahead of time or they think I've sent some other magician in my place!
Looking forward to your next updated photo.
Remember each day is an opportunity to reach closer to your goal...seize the day!
