All I've done so far is come onto this website and say how I can't get started again and would remind myself how I use to look when I lost weight. Well, I'm finally back on track and in almost 3 weeks of consistency, determination and focus I have worked out hard, eaten clean and healthy, taken daily vitamins and lost 3.7kg in the process.
I went from 81.5kg down to 77.8kg and have noticed a difference in everything - from feeling healthy and having so much clarity to being able to withstand more exercise and I can walk up a staircase again without getting exhausted.

This makes me feel great because I have done this before but found it too hard to get started again and was feeling extremely down on myself and kept turning to food. Now that I have begun again and I am seeing and feeling results, I will not look back. I have stopped binging and I keep reminding myself that "food is fuel".
And thanks for those on here who have shown true support, this is a great network of people with the same dreams - to feel better and be healthier.
I will update in another few weeks with photos. My main problem was my core area, so I'm showing these for now.
