Thanks for the great information. The article is well written. You have included all the aspects necessary to lose weight and burn fat. I just want to include that drinking lemon water is a great tip which you can easily follow. Another natural therapy of drinking water is having coconut water everyday. You can also supplement your daily intake of water with black tea and green tea. So black tea and green tea are like good weight loss tips.

I was just go through a close view over your article about the weight loss it is quite impressive and must beneficial for the beginners, while losing weight we need to need some instructions and a proper fat loss program which ultimately signifies your weight loss very easily.

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.
