Although loosing weight is one of the toughest challenge ever faced by a human, it needs lots of patience and tries many diet programs for fast weight loss but crash diets and fad diets don't work for permanent weight loss. [deleted product plug]

Today busy life losing weight is very difficult task because we have no time to spend exercise. I have two weight lose methods for busy person. the process is very easy no need to do any type of exercise but onething you need to change your eating disorder up to 15 days.

cabbage soup diet and cabbage soup recipe is the two process to lose weight. I have got good result you can try.

Don't eat as many calories as you expend.
Muscle burns calories just sitting idle, so add muscle.
Crash diets cause loss of muscle as well as fat, making it more difficult to loose fat the 2nd, 3rd, 4th time around.

Face it: Exercise and diet are the only ways. Don't blame genetics, bone structure, metabolism, etc. The blame game is an excuse to do what you want to do anyway - EAT.

If you're serious, add muscle, reduce caloric intake. You can spend a fortune on false promises and the only thing that will get slimmer is your wallet.
