Hi it depends on what you current weight....avg consumption per day is approx 2000 cals. To maintain a healthy weight, you need to balance the amount of calories you consume through food and drink with the amount of calories you burn through physical activity. To lose weight in a healthy way you need to use more energy than you consume by eating a healthly diet with fewer cals and increse your activity.
I am taking 1500 calories per day which is less than the average consumption. Shall include more calories to my diet or stick to the previous food plans?
