Hey I hope it's ok if I join you guys here in the maintenance crew. Yesterday I weighed my self and have reached my goal of 52.5 kg :D

Now I was wondering how do you maintain weight and stop losing weight? I know I will continue to lose weight if I don't change how I'm eating at least as I have been a smaller before.

Congrats on reaching your goal!

With maintaining you will need to up your calories, but its a bit of trial and error I presume. I'm sure Em will give you some great pointers as she's been maintaining for an impressive amount of time :)

Hey there, welcome to maintenance!! It's a bit scary, but great to have you here :)

Do you use Calorie King or anything like that? Because that could be a good way to make sure you're eating enough.. Gradually increase the amount of calories you're having a day (only increase by maybe 100 every couple of days) until the weight loss stops. It's hard to find a balance, I ended up losing another 6.2kg after I got to my goal weight, but I'm happy I did and prefer being that bit smaller.

Congrats! Hitting a goal is a great feeling.

Now you get to experiment and find how much food you can eat without losing or gaining. You'll have to trial and error here.. just don't shock your body and go on a splurge.

Have fun, and I hope you are able to keep your body slim and healthy.
