Okay, I am just under 10 Kg until goal...and after losing nearly 20 Kg can I say that I am OVER losing weight and worrying about my weightloss...the only thing that is keeping me going is the thought that there is light at the end of the tunnel....JUST 9.6 Kg to go and then you can stop....
but
The closer I get to my goal the harder I am having to work and I am getting scared that to maintain a healthy weight and not re gain all the weight will mean I will need to stay a weightloss nut (like I am now) FOREVER...this scares the [email protected] out of me....
I would love to eat healthy, have a naughty meal every now and then, snack thorugh the week (within reason), do moderate exercise and stay slim!!! I dont want to be working out EVERYDAY or most days of the week....
Please tell me that it is achievable...
