Can anyone tell me how to do these?

I currently have 3 messages sitting in my outbox that won't send, 2 of them are to admin about this problem.

Do the people you are sending the message too need to be online for it to send or am i doing something wrong?

Don't worry - this confused me as well!

I think they stay in your outbox until the person you've sent it to opens it...?! Is that right...anyone?!
SW - 75.9

Happy weight - 68 (I MADE IT!!!)
GW - 65 (for now - and until I conceive!)
