Can't send private messages

Any idea what's going on? This is my error message

You don't have permission to access /forum/ucp.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If you try and send a PM by clicking on the button next to someone's post it inserts the post as a quote. Double quotation marks (which you'd find in the quote section) seem to cause a problem with the software. This could be what's causing your problem. If there's a quote section in the post try deleting it before sending it. If you've including double quotation marks try losing them as well. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
