Can anyone recommend a great workout DVD to do at home??

Must be simple but fun as I am completely in-coordinated!! Lol but I want to add to my daily walks and get moving.

I like the Michelle Bridges ones .. you can go at your own pace until you get used to it.
I'm not terribly co-ordinated myself but most of them are pretty good .. if there is a spot that I just can't do I'll run on the spot or something like that lol ... I figure as long as I'm moving the couple minutes that I'm not moving my arms and legs in THAT particular movement it's not going to matter. :D

Try the Hip Hop Abs DVD it has many exercises and it is effective. I love my Hip hop abs dvd because it helps me a lot to lose weight. It has 30-45 minute exercises. I do it for years now and it really works for me.
