When I did Zumba, the same thing (unfortunately) happened to me. However, I DID start to see the scale move after a few months and I felt amazing. I'm thinking about taking the Zumba classes again as a way to lose the extra weight. I gained a whole bunch after taking Zoloft (I'm off it now) and so I'm really pushing to get all this extra weight off.
One thing I love about it is that you work your ENTIRE body. It's a REAL work out and you feel it after all is said and done. It's truly an amazing feeling. . .and when you finally DO see the results, it's an even GREATER feeling.
