Hi! This is the first time I've posted on this website. A friend gave me a copy of their zumba dvd's but I haven't been motivated enough to give them a go. After reading all your posts it sounds like a lot of fun. I'm going to get them out to try as soon as I've finished here and let you all know how I go.
I'm 29 and a depressing 111.5kg. I was 115 a few weeks ago but have slowly started changing my diet and walking at least 3 times a week. I slipped back a little this week but I'm determined to get under 100 in the next month! My wedding is next September and I'm hoping to lose enough that I wont be self conscious about how I look. I haven't got an ultimate goal weight just yet. My first step is to get back under 100 and see where I go from there.
