I just wanted to put a big hello out to EVERYONE because I cant (atleast for the time being) cant keep writing to everyone cause I'm so busy! I read most posts but writing takes time, more time that is! Good luck to you if I haven't already said so and will hope to post to more of your individual progress spaces when life is a little less hectic :D

Hi everyone just thought I would jump in I have about 20 or more kgs to lose so far I have been on this journey for 2wks I have been a YO YO dieter for years but enough is enough, this time I will get this lard off and keep it off for good I am sooooo sick of this donkey butt. I started at 91 and I,m down by 2 so fingers crossed and I,ll just keep going. Need all the help I can get..
