Yeah, I will personally never wear that skimpy little suit during a tri - I will always cover up at least the bottom half with shorts even when I'm at goal. Even lean people have jiggles when they run! Plus imagine the gravel rash if I came off the bike in that outfit!!

Ok, I'm freaking out, can someone please tell me how to remove those photos now? Or someone very kind may do it for me!!?? I have already taken them off photobucket. I promise I will post some more when I'm at goal, but I will be in my tri shorts and shirt LOL

Oh, PHEW! Had to go to work at lunchtime, and spent all that time worrying about people looking at my photos!! I'm glad they're off. Oh well - that was a bit of a challenge! At least they appeared there momentarily LOL  I would never have done that even a few months ago.

But I promise I will post some more pics soon, when I get a bit more toned, only this time a bit more skin is gonna be covered!! Two-piece skimpy suit girl I am not  !

Cheers and sighs of relief, Molligrub!

Okay - ended up having 2200 cals last night, but I'm not upset because at work I was RUNNING the whole night it was so busy - I seriously did not stop.

Did 63km riding this morning, and am soooo tired. Had to come home and have a nanna-nap then! Am off to work again shortly - hope it's not as busy as yesterday!

Did another 60km ride this morning, and will go for a big walk this afternoon. Still struggling with the food intake - had a massive binge yesterday so I didn't weigh myself this morning,

Hopefully today is a better day.

Sorry to hear that Molli. Good idea to not weigh this morning though! Good luck for today. The excercise sounds great, especially all that bike riding, very impressive. I struggle to get through 10 mins on the excercise bikes at they gym lol :D

Looks like I missed some photos in here... doh :(

Yesterday was pretty awful eating wise - was really good up until the afternoon, but ate a bit extra because I had a ride planned. Then the ride got cancelled because of weather etc, so I panicked because I'd eaten too much for a sedentary day, and, of course, blew it big time. 3 chocolate bars, spoonfuls of peanut butter, then a MASSIVE serve of fish and chips and a bread roll. Yuck.

Today I am being really careful - even more so because it is my work "going away party" for me tonight - I'm leaving town and going BACK to uni for another four years (man, I've enjoyed the last 5 years since I finished my last degree! It's gonna hurt getting back into assignments and such). There is sure to be lots of yummy things there, so I've undereaten slightly so I can have a small portion of dessert later tonight. :D

You have the right to enjoy yourself you know Molli!! :D
And if you want some dessert at a party in your honour then go for it! If i was about to start 4 years of study id be letting loose too, but it wouldnt involve a slither of cake, it would be a slab of cake! LOL

Dont sweat the little stuff, so u may have under ate, never mind, tomorrow is another day and you start again.

I hope you have a great night missy!

Thanks, Shelbel! I ended up REALLY enjoying myself - had a hamburger and steak and 2 sausages, then everyone bought what they thought would be my favourite dessert, so I felt compelled to tuck away a slice of pavlova, plus cheesecake, plus caramel tart :D

Woke up early this morning and went for a 5km (record for me yeehaa!) run!.

What will you be studying when you go back to uni? I reckon I'm going to be a student for the rest of my life :P
