I had a great weekend, eating healthy, exercising, NO ALCOHOL AGAIN and lots of shopping! both days I shopped and boy was it tiring

Other than that this morning I did 30mins on the treadmill - interval running by around 25mins I almost passed out! I was huffing and puffing big time. Tonight I'm going to walk on the treadmill just a good walk whereby my heartbeat is up there but not to the point of completely out of breath - i need one of those walks.
One addition to my diet in the last 5 weeks has been 120-130g skinleess salmon fillets...light pan fried with herbs etc...just beautiful fish which is so so healthy and contains the right type of fat which all of our diets need to lose weight! I incorporate it 3 times a week in my diet and loving it.
