Hi Jaded! Hi Kellicopter! The last few ARE the hardest....but if you stay determined you'll get there! My last 4 kgs have taken almost 7 weeks to take off and I've still got 3 to go until I'm at my goal weight! I was hoping it would all take 10 weeks but no such luck!!!! I'm determined to keep it all off though, so I'm not really fussed as to how long it takes, as long as the numbers are moving in the right direction!!
There are heaps of discussions about VL cal and shakes etc and I don't really want to start a war about them, but I think if you're close to your goal then they're going to be a short-term fix. Maybe good if you're trying to lose weight for an event or something, but not in the long run. My theory is, the longer it takes to get the weight off, the longer it stays off! (or something like that). You can't keep drastic diets up for too long. Having said that I know that shake diets and VL cal diets definitely have their place. (is that even enough!)
Welcome guys (gals?). Good luck!!!
