you just have to do it. I am doing bootcamp because i needed something to force me to exercise. as soon as i got back into the swing of it, i remembered how much i love exercise. Its nice waking up early and getting it out of the way. I'm trying to concentrate on Fi's mantras - i'm glad i'm not the only one who has made it back up to 78kilos and back down again. It's all a process, i'm learning what works for me. Definately no drastic cutting of calories, working at creating a deficit with my exercise. Will reevaluate when things slow down.
its funny my bloted tummy has gone down straight away. Only one week and i already feel almost back to normal. My pt said its because i used to exercise so much, that my body is remembering it. Hopefully i'll shake off these extra kilos and go for gold

next week is that time so i'm not expecting on losing much weight inbetween now and then. But its nice to feel good

Breakfast: 1 slice toast with honey, 1 protein shake
Snack: small soy cap
Lunch: ham, cheese, salad, avocado sandwich on wholemeal bread
Snack: apple, small 20g pack sakata rice crackers
Dinner: shepperds pie
Total cals: 1372 (about 100 under, i might have yoghurt or something after dinner)
Exercise: bootcamp 1 hour
