Hi everyone,
Ive been stuck at 63kg for a while, and want to get down to 59kg. I am struggling!
The problem isn't exercise- I workout 4 times a week. It's my terrible diet. I am out of control with cravings esp. sugary stuff.
Does anybody have a simple diet plan to follow?? I dont want to spend hours cooking. I need basic recipes, but also i get tired of eating lean meat and veges/salad... i do this for about 2 days then i crave like crazy and go back to bad habits.
HELP!!! please???
