Hi all, anyone almost at goal? I am after a long weight loss journey and don't know how to go about getting out of loss mode and into maintenance mode. I know it is probably a matter of eating a little more, but want to avoid the mentality of "Oh, now I've lost the weight I can go back to what I was eating before'...which is how I ended up 130+kgs :shock: .

Thanks for any advice.

Congrats on your weightloss
I dont know if its any help, but at CK they do the cal calculations for weighloss and maintenance.
I think its around 300-500 cal difference.
